What I eat now?
I tried different combinations of food. For example, morning juice, then fruit, then vegetables and nuts at the end. Or, fruits, nuts, vegetables, juice. These combinations was a lot. I came on time, which is best for me and what time.

The day I start with the carrot juice. Sometimes, but very, very rare to add a few pieces of radish or a few leaves of lettuce. As a rule, however, the same goes for the carrot juice. This juice drink about a liter. A lot, enough? I do not know me so fit. For example, today I made a 1.25 liter of juice. I drink, I drink, and of these, however, 250ml too much. I feel that I have enough. Everyone should own devices to find the right amount of juice and I do not have to be a carrot juice. Just so I drink because I am such a taste, and such like.
Let me add here that it is not I drink the juice of apples and pears themselves. Alternatively, it will drink very little. I just became too sweet for me.

Then after a while, and feel the desire, I eat fruit. In general these are now an apple or pear. Sometimes I eat them with lettuce leaves, but sometimes the same. Later, for example, oranges and bananas, but just eat them without any additions. Even though I have not tried to eat a banana with lettuce and somehow I do not feel like such a set.

In the afternoon, time for a little nuts. Every one day a urine or buckwheat with algae. Initially I rejected the taste of algae, but already used to it and eat a meal has become one of my favorites. Once no longer even a great desire on the algae, the organism can be seen not only be accustomed to such things, but they invented the valuable substances.

In the evening I eat tomatoes, sprouts, and sometimes some fruit. Recently, I eat quite a lot of sprouts. In particular, sunflower, mung beans or lentils. The only sprouts, which I do not taste, it sprouts sesame. But they also sometimes eat.

That is, of course, a perfect day, but it would still be as above. Sometimes I eat a little nuts in the evening, for example, sometimes I eat the bananas to tomatoes. This is not good for me, what he feels, so I'm trying to introduce just such a perfect day for every day of the week. Doing everything going. A little more time and I think that in the end I could say that I eat like you.

It is important not only what you eat, but how do you eat. In one of the previous entries I mentioned a bit about conscious eating. You eat what your body really needs and eat it slowly.
Currently, I am somewhere in the middle of the road. I learned to eat slowly. Every morsel in your mouth chewing 20-40 times, until the paste will do. I can not yet determine whether the body really needs something or not. Only time will appear to me to be a real desire and I know that your body really needs this - as with the above algae.
Some time ago I had a great desire for bananas, but I passed and they eat far less. Now I fancy coconuts. The main thing is to listen to your body - and here was very helpful and even mandatory (although it does not really have any obligation or coercion) is aware of the food.

Conclusion. After these 5 months now eat far less. The body is more accustomed to the diet and food draws from what is best for him. I did not drop weight, and slightly increased. You do not need so much to eat. It is important to eat what is really needed to our body.

Morning:
- About 1 liter of homemade carrot juice

In the morning or around noon:
- Fruit: some apples / pears with a few leaves of lettuce - some oranges or bananas, coconut, grapes, fruit, etc. What is available, for example, summer strawberries, cherries, etc.

Afternoon:
- Nuts, sometimes I'll eat a little before the nuts and sprouts;
