Well, but the spring is near, everything starts to gain momentum. My father gave possession of plot, although at first he wanted to give only a part of me has learned. Then our harvests will provide us the maximum nutritional value and you will be able to enjoy their taste. I already have in mind a picture of everything :)

    Congratulations perseverance :) Not in the transition to eating raw (because this really is not much of a problem), but in wytrzymaniu reactions to the news about how to nourish ...
    Surawce I'm on the 3rd month and I feel sensational : D But I miss organic food (fruit and vegetables) and dreaming about this garden / działeczce :)

    As for the hunger, the more hungry I was on the previous diet of bread, cake, potatoes. Now, this feeling of hunger is a bit different. A good example is banana hanger.

    As for weight, then lost weight, but for a long time everything unormowało, and even went up slightly. Can you drop the weight (I concluded that it is so) because you were overweight, and now quietly body will gradually get used to the new diet, and consequently, your weight has stabilized and reached an appropriate level for you.
