Recently, on the way to the walrus, friend Tom came out with the information that is organized in a half-marathon. At the beginning I went to this indifference, but after several days of deliberation, I decided that this will be my new goal. These run 21 km without stopping.
I started training already. Tuesday - 15 minutes of running, although it was supposed to be 30min, but we lost him (because it's just running group).

Today was 45 minutes of continuous running, quiet pace. On Saturday, I'll do 30 minutes hills.
